Edite Calabrese brings over three decades of experience and proven leadership to the real estate industry. She began her career in 1988 with Coldwell Banker, quickly rising to become one of the company’s top-performing agents and earning numerous multi-million-dollar sales awards. After obtaining her broker’s license, Edite launched her own independent agency and later acquired a national franchise, Realty Executives, where she successfully grew the business to 24 agents and staff.

Her expertise spans every facet of real estate—from guiding first-time buyers to marketing luxury properties. For the past 15 years, Edite specialized in new construction as Sales and Marketing Director for a luxury townhome community. In this role, she partnered with developers to design buyer-focused floor plans, stage model homes, and implement strategic marketing campaigns that drove exceptional sales results.

Today, Edite has returned to Coldwell Banker as Branch Vice President and Managing Broker, where she leads with passion and purpose. She is dedicated to coaching and mentoring agents, fostering growth, and building profitable businesses. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction continues to define her success.
